Return Policy
If the product is found serious quality-related issues and cannot be fixed after technical support, it may be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days after receiving your order. The buyer shall return the item in its original condition at buyer’s cost.
Products Warranty
Warranty Period: 12 months for the main parts. Within the warranty period we can offer you a free exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement. After warranty period we will only charge you the material cost and shipping cost.
Refund Policy
Please do not return before contacting our customer service. The right flowchart is: Contact our customer service –> Refund request accepted –> Return the product –> Refund. The whole process will take about 2 weeks. If the customer claim refund directly to Paypal prior to contacting our customer service we will defend and the whole process may last up to 6 months.
